This beautiful young lab mix was abandoned on the streets. She was pregnant when we found her, but for strays living in Greece, giving birth on the streets is not safe and most puppies do not survive. She is around 1.5 years old, 16 kg and has now been spayed and vaccinated.
The poor girl has heartworm (dirofilariosis), a condition that is quite common in Greece and can be healed in a few months with monthly spot-on pipettes. She is young and has zero symptoms, so she is 100% curable with that treatment. If you have any questions about the therapy, feel free to ask!
Giselle (now called Nyx) is very friendly and loves cuddles. She is good with both dogs and cats! She is already potty trained and knows how to walk on the leash. In conclusion, she’s a great dog and would be perfect even for first-time dog owners!
